This is the pattern I drafted and used to create my Candela (Pokemon-Go Leader) Jacket!
The pattern fits roughly: Bust 35-36 Waist 30-32 and Hip 41-42, depending on your printer calibration. So feel free to make any adjustments necessary to fit your needs.
It will include a tutorial on how to assemble the pattern pieces after printing and generally how to put the garment together.
